List of options in the pause menu:

Here you have the following options available from your key pad:

  * or # – Starts playing 5 seconds from the end of your dictation.  Subsequent presses of * and # will jump 5 seconds back (*) or for ward (#).

1 - Continue your dictation.

2 – Listen to your dictation from the beginning.

3 - To finish and send your dictation.

4 - To cancel your dictation.

If you press 1:

You will be taken back to continue recording your dictation from the point where you left off.  

If you press 2, * or #:

You will hear what you have recorded and you will have the following options:

* – To rewind 5 seconds

 # – To fast forward 5 seconds.

  5 – To select a spot where you want to record from and immediately start recording from that point.  All audio from this point will be replaced with the new recording.

  Any other key – Return to the pause menu. 

If you press 3:

Your message will be saved and you are presented with the following options:

  # - To hear the confirmation number for this message.  (The confirmation number matches the message label online in WebLink.)

  1 – To record another message using high priority (STAT).

  2 – To record another message using standard priority.

If you press 4:

Your message has been cancelled and you are presented with the following options:

  1 – To record another message using high priority (STAT).

  2 – To record another message using standard priority.

  Hangup to end this call.
